Stop trying home made old wives remedies and put your dog on sure preventatives.
if your dog has an allergy to flea bites he must have fleas
you need to go to a vet and get maybe antibiotics to clear the skin then ask about front line plus to prevent fleas and tick!
you need to take it to the vet. one of our dogs is allergic to fleas too and she gets prescription pills that worked well
