Dog Has Red Spots On Belly That Bleed?

My puppy comes in from outside with little red bumps on her belly. She doesn’t itch them or lick them, but they are risen red lumps. They bleed and today I looked at her belly again and noticed a small insect biting her. It was not a flea because it had wings. Does anyone have an idea of what this is? She is on flea prevention and has not changed food so I can’t imagine it being fleas or a food allergy.

Is it an ant maybe? Have you checked outside for where she maybe going?
Seriously you need to take her to the vet to get her taken care of.
it could be yeast buy monistat and rub it on there, if you saw a bug it could have been a carpenter ant or something, spray your yard and when she is healed a little rub her with skin so soft or spray on apple cider vinegar the bugs will leave her alone.
a vet will help…..
maybe its a tick, they are grouss.
Sounds like mabe she layed in fire ants? They leave a red bump, and if she scratched them they could bleed. You might want the vet to take a look.
This sounds like a contact allergy, since it mostly occurz when she comes from outside.
To be safe I would take her to the Vet. But you can give her a antihistamine, such as Benadryl. The plain tablet for adults, no liquid for kids. The dose for dogs is a lot higher than ours. It is 1mg per 1lb. So, 25 lbs dog = 25mg. One adult tablet has 25mg.
Hope this helps and I hope the pup feels better soon!
