Fronline kills the fleas after they bite your dog. Use it faithfully, but I keep a spray bottle of Adams flea spray by the back door. I give them a mist of this a couple times a week before they come in. It helps keep the fleas from jumping on them.
……….You should try Malaseb Shampoo. You can get it from the vet. It also comes in a spray. It is very soothing to the skin. I would also suggest some childrens Benedryl. This can be given by weight. It is benign and should help the itching. Good luck………….always make sure you have rid your home of fleas and flea eggs.
You may have fleas in the house as well as your yard. You can try an oatmeal shampoo to soothe her skin. Fleas are really bad, but you can kill them. If you have used Frontline, did you put a drop on the back of her neck and a drop on the top of her hips? Did you use the Frontline 24hrs after giving her a bath? If you didn’t bathe her first, she could still have flea debris in her coat making the Frontline useless. If needed take her back to the vet and ask for something to help with the itching.
Seems like you should go back to the vet and get their professional opinion on this.
Edit: If every vet is telling you to do something, and it doesn’t work, then you/they need to find something that DOES work. That is YOUR responsibility as a pet-parent.

Duh, go to the vet’s office or contact a professional groomer.
