Well i just got a new dog 2 months ago,
ever since then i have been getting really BAD allergies and
my chest is hurting really badly,
plus my legs are all itchy from bug bites.
but i have not seen any fleas what so ever.
Im afraid to tell my mother because i hate going to the doctors.
and i cannot stop itching my legs.
i have so many bites on my legs its like little spiders are biting me everywhere on my legs.
Does this mean im allergic to my dog?

The above symptoms sound like you are in fact very allergic to your dog, however, are you sure you have bug bites all over your legs? Is it possible that it is just hives? Hives are caused from allergy so I would say that that would mean you are definitely allergic to your dog. Also, treat your dog for fleas, even if you don’t see any, it doesn’t mean they aren’t necessarily there. If you’re certain he/she is flea-free, think about where you walk him/her and if you’re wearing pants or shorts. If you keep walking your dog in tall grass or the forest and/or you’ve been wearing shorts, you’re probably getting bitten outside on the walks and only noticing it later. There’s also a possibility, though unusual, that any fleas your dog may have had have made it into your bed and are biting you while you sleep at night. You may also have bed bugs. If you only have bites on your legs, however, it’s more likely that it’s from where you walk your dog or hives. If your dog licks your legs, wash them off immediately afterwards. That may help.
To help with the itching, buy Benadryl anti-itch cream from your local pharmacy or grocery store. It’s not too expensive and it’s designed specifically to help stop itching from allergies. As for the allergies themselves, if you really don’t want to go to a doctor and you don’t want to give your dog to the pound, try Claritin non-drowsy allergy relief pills. You can get them over the counter (AKA without a doctor’s prescription), they won’t make you drowsy and they SHOULD help with your allergies. If they don’t or you have a bad reaction to them, don’t take them anymore, man up, and go see a doctor. Sometimes a simple allergy pill (such as Zyrtec or Allegra) that is prescribed by a doctor can immediately help you feel better. I hope it works out
