I was thinking of Merrick, Innova or Canidae. Are these good foods for a dog with allergies?

I use the frontline plus spot treatment every 3 weeks. He also received an allergy shot from the vet. He chews himself bald. I have to keep a cone on him to stop him from eating his hair off. What can I do? Please help!

Is there a way to cure a flea allergy, or do we just have to keep giving her antibiotics and advantage? Thanks.

Some one gave me an older Chihuahua and he has an obvious flea allergy, so I bathed him in an Oatmeal bath to soothe him and kill the fleas that were there. I can’t get an appointment with my Vet for 2 weeks and he’s chewing himself raw even though he NO fleas now, I feel so bad for him. Can I buy something to easy the itching until I get him to a Vet? He has advantage on now, but he’s still chewing and wont let himself heal up. Is Cortizone Cream harmful to him?

i rescued a jack russel with chronic flea allergy.i tried alsorts.unfortunately most flea preparations work by the fleas being killed after they’ve bitten. it’s the bite the dogs are allergic to. nothing really helped as he was super-sensative. when i got him over onto a natural diet [raw meat, vegetables and hard-baked wholemeal bread] his immune system clicked in [from his body coping with bacteria in raw meat] and he never had a flea allergy again in the last 10 years of his life, despite moving out of town where we have a garden full of wildlife and associated fleas!
