My Dog Is Buttscooting Again! Help Stop It.?

I already had her anal glands expressed two days ago and it hasn’t helped. she does not have fleas, tick or worms! she does not have any other health problems. I don’t think she has an allergies, shes been on the same food for 6 months with no problems. any other ideas?
she looks like shes really uncomfortable.
