Took him to SPCA but we had no money so they couldn’t look at him, however we asked one of the ladies to possibly tell us something, she said he might have a flea allergy. Would this allergy cause his hair to fall out?

I am pregnant and my dog’s hair fall is increasing my sinus. I keep sneezing in spite of getting the house cleaned twice daily. He does not have any allergies or flea problem. He eats chicken & rice, milk & eggs everyday and a little Royal Canine for Labs.
He bathes every sunday. So, help me understand why he sheds & how to control it please. Thanks
She suffers from flea allergies and lossing her hair bad. I keep her on frontline a bathe frequently with flea shampoo. Someone gave me a steroide awhile back that was precribed to their dog for the same reason, it worked for the time being, but now without the pill it has just gotten worst.
