Question by Jen J: Does anyone know of any herbs I could combine in a spray for my dog to relieve his itching?
His itchiness is caused by seasonal allergies, not food allergies. I know this for a fact because he is only itchy in the spring and summer. I hate to give him Benadryl and I am absolutely against steroids but I feel bad because he is so itchy. Does anyone have a homeopathic spray they’ve heard of that helps?
I tried the Fish Oil method and it has done nothing for him.

If you get a good quality fish oil (not in capsule form, liquid) and put a few drops on his food daily the itchy will go away. My dog too has allergies and used to itch in thoses season and now he only sneezes, no more itching. Got my fish oil from vet. You can also feed some raw wild salmon once a week. This is very good for them.
