Dog Has Red Spots On Belly That Bleed?

My puppy comes in from outside with little red bumps on her belly. She doesn’t itch them or lick them, but they are risen red lumps. They bleed and today I looked at her belly again and noticed a small insect biting her. It was not a flea because it had wings. Does anyone have an idea of what this is? She is on flea prevention and has not changed food so I can’t imagine it being fleas or a food allergy.

She is currently on frontline and sentinel, so I don’t think it is fleas, can it be an allergy or other mite? Or what?

I have a German Shepherd and she won’t stop shedding. She’s about 6 yrs. old, and an active dog. She has arthritis in her hips so she can’t/hasn’t had pups.
I know that its somewhat normal for dogs to shed, but lately she’s been losing chunks of hair at a time. It seems as if it started after I gave her a bath with a new kind of shampoo: “Perfect Coat Black Pearl Shampoo & Conditioner” we had never used before.
She also bites her paws, and leaves them raw, cries and scratches her ears, and scrapes her nose on the floor like its itchy. She has red irritated areas on her skin, that almost looks like a rash. Could she have fleas or allergies?
I just bought new shampoo called. “Pro-Pet select dog shampoo Shed Control” I gave her a bath with it yesterday and I’m not really noticing much of a difference..i know it will take more than a day for much to happen. I also bought a supplement from Target, “Pro-Pet Adult Daily Vitamin.”
I’m not old enough to drive so I keep telling my parents to take her to the vet but they don’t think its necessary yet. I really want to help my dog so she can just play and not have to worry about something bothering her. Anybody who can help, please answer back with all you have.

My dog has been scratching herself a lot lately. She only does it when she is not being walked, pet, fed, or otherwise stimulated. She mostly does it when she is lying around. She itches like she has fleas but I keep using a special comb on her and I can’t find any bugs or eggs. I’ve had dogs with fleas before so I know what it looks like. Once there was some dander but that’s it. She has itched so much that her hindquarters are getting sore and she snaps at our other dog when he goes near her. She also licks her paws sometimes.
Obviously I will take her to the vet ASAP but I want answers now. One thing is that I got a new dog last week. He is a puppy. Could he have carried that demodex mange into the house? He is not itching like her (so I really doubt it is fleas) but I think that demodex only affects dogs with compromised immune systems. She is also a bit stressed about the new pup so that may be a factor. I haven’t ruled out food allergies either.
